QFII额度翻倍至3000亿美元
2002年试点推出初期，QFII总额度仅100亿美元；2007年，第二次中美战略经济对话后，QFII总额度增至300亿美元；随后又经历了2012、2015年等多次放开，QFII总额度达到1,500亿美元的水平。 2019年1月14日，中国国家外汇管理局（外管局）公布，为满足境外投资者扩大对中国资本市场的投资需求，经中国国务院批准，合格境外机构投资者（QFII）总额度由1,500亿美元增加至3,000亿美元。 中国监管层不仅是在加大引入QFII的力度，而且还在放宽QFII每月资金汇出的限制，并且取消锁定期允许套期保值。 Reference: http://economics.dwnews.com/news/2019-01-14/60112036.html
